the telephone is fast, efficient and one of the easiest methods to place your order.
If you are a regular wearer or repeat customer, we can also recommend our online
ordering facility.
If you are a new client, please call our customer service department, as they are
there to guide you all the way. They can help you with all sorts of enquiries from
colour choice, delivery details and aftercare.
All mail orders are processed efficiently with a next day courier service, providing
items are in stock. You can try on your purchase in the privacy of your own home,
in your own time. There is a 28 day returns policy, so there is plenty of time to
decide on your purchase. This way you can also get a second opinion from your family
and friends.
When ordering from the internet, just like mail order, you have a 28 day returns
policy where you can exchange or refund your purchases until you find the perfect
style. Ordering over the internet is fast and secure and providing it is in stock,
your order will be delivered within 24-48 hours. If an item is not in stock, we
will contact you with an approximate date of delivery. All parcels are sent by our
courier Initial City Link and delivery in the UK is usually next working day between
9am and 5.30pm.
